2. Scope and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on arturel.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Pricing and Taxes

  • Prices are displayed in relevant local currency depending on your location.

  • For EU customers, prices include VAT where applicable.

  • For US and non-EU customers, local taxes and duties may apply.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other locally available payment methods.

Payment is authorized at checkout and captured when the order is processed. For some orders such as pre-orders, custom made products and other on-demand products, we reserve the right to capture a payment before fulfillment. 

All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

5. Order Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Delivery

Processing times are stated on each product page.

We ship via carriers such as UPS, GLS, FedEx and other.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal 

For purchases handled by Arturel ApS or Arturel Inc, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

You must return the item within 14 days after notifying us.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Products made to the customer’s specifications

8. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be in original condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are stated on each product page.

9. Warranty and Claims (EU)

Under applicable law, customers have a 2-year right to claim defects.

Claims must be made within a reasonable time after discovery.

10. Warranty (US)

For purchases handled by Arturel Inc., warranties are provided in accordance with applicable US laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

Arturel shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Strikes

  • Natural disasters

13. Privacy Policy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Your data is used solely for order processing and customer service.
