All our artworks are hand-crafted on-demand. Therefore, we often need a little time to create and make the artworks.

Our processing time can vary a little from each art piece. All specific processing times is written on each product page.

We are shipping from Denmark and we primarily use GLS and FedEx for delivery.

Our current delivery starts from in Europe and International shipping the costs starts at $43.00.

In case you wish to return, we will pay for the return shipping.

Do you wish to return?
No problem. Just write to us and we will send you a returnlabel right away. Arturel hold the costs of the returnlabel. Remember to tell us your order number.

We are happy to announce that our new Arturel headquarter in Aarhus, Denmark, is finally open. The showroom and headquarter is located at Soeren Frichs Vej 54b, 8230 Aabyhoej, Denmark.

Currently, showrooms or shops elsewhere are not available. We encourage customers to order our color samples if they wish to see and feel our materials. Additionally, we offer free returns in the event that you are not satisfied with your order.

Our artworks are not directly waterproof but they won't be damaged by a little humidity/damp. So as long as you don't place your artworks inside your shower, they should be just fine.

Our Arturel artworks that are made out of recycled materials and ocean plastic are quite compliant, so they can easily be cleaned with a small broom or wiped softly with a hard-wrung cloth.

Do not use any cleaning liquids other than water.

Our Arturel x Kvadrat artworks are more soft and "fragile" in the material, so we recommend using a lint roller or a soft haired broom.

Our current artworks are primarily designed to be hung on the wall, but stay tuned - ceiling solutions are on the way!

Our artworks are designed to be easy and simple to install.

Unlike most other acoustic solutions where the installation is more permanent, we designed our artworks to be as mobile and playful as possible. This means that you can personalize and make your own expression by turning the artworks after your own preference.

We offer 30 days for you to see, feel and test our acoustic artworks. 

This means that you are welcome to install the artworks and test them in your home or office before fully deciding. 

If you'd like to create a return, simply email us at contact@arturel.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

The payment will be refunded when we receive the returned package.

We acknowledge the importance of protecting our planet. Therefore, recycling is crucial and a responsibility we all share. Within our organization, we are actively working towards achieving our goal of a complete circularity in our material flow, aiming for a better future for generations to come.

Our original Arturel artworks are made from recycled materials and ocean bound plastic. The material is then transformed into felt, from which we create our acoustic artworks.

Our Arturel x Kvadrat series are made from reused textiles. They create high-quality circular materials from textile waste; A new engineered material made from upcycled textiles, which is made from 70% post-production ‘waste’ textile and 30% thermoplastic binder.

Arturel products are covered by a two-year warranty against defects related to materials or manufacturing faults, effective from the date of purchase. We recommend inspecting delivered products upon receipt.

From time to time, we run campaigns offering free color samples. Each customer is eligible to receive only one free color sample per campaign.
